【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestofootwearmouldingmachineswhichareintendedforuseintheshoeindustryfortheproductionoffootwearandfootwearcomponents.Thesemachinesare:--direct-onsolemouldingmachines(seeFigures1,2and3);--unitsoleandfootwearcomponentmouldingmachines(seeFigures4to10);--fullshoeandbootmouldingmachines(seeFigure11).ThisEuropeanStandardappliesalsotothementionedmachineswhenusedforotherproductsthanfootwearandfootwearcomponents,asfarastheseproductsrequirenootherchangesthanadifferentmould.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsforconstruction,transport,installation,adjustment,setting,teachingorprocesschange-over,operation,cleaning,maintenance,decommissioning,dismantlingand,asfarassafetyisconcerned,disposalformachinesmentionedin1.1.Itdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttofootwearmouldingmachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).1.3ThefollowingmachinesareexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandardunlessusedfordirect-onsolemouldingorreactionmoulding:--mouldingmachineswithstaticinjectionunitsandstaticmouldstations(clampingunits);--mouldingmachineswithstaticmeteringandmixingunitsandmobilestationswithlinearconfiguration(mouldcarriers).1.4TheEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardscreatedbythemixingandmeteringunit.NOTEFormeteringandmixingunits,seeEN1612-1.TheuseofmachineswithinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandardinindustriesotherthanthosespecifiedin1.1maygiverisetohazardsnotconsideredduringitspreparation.NOTEForthisapplicationseealsoEN201andprEN1612-2.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardalsoappliestothefollowingadditionalequipmentformaterialhandlingandoperationwhichareanintegralpartofthemachine:--sprayingdevices,injectionunits,castingunits,nozzlecleaners,spruepullers,mouldfrontedgecleaners,activatingdevices,robotsandequipmentforpreparatoryandsubsequenttreatment(seeFigureM.1).1.6ThisEuropeanStandardassumesthemachines:--areoperatedbyadequatelytrainedpersons;--areusedwithadequateworkplacelighting(seeEN12464-1).1.7ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletofootwearmouldingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
