【摘要】:ThispartofISO10360specifiesacceptanceandperiodicreverificationtestsoftheperformanceofCMMshavingmultiple-stylusprobingsystems,includingsystemswithfixedmultiple-styliattachedtoasingleprobe(e.g."star"stylus),multiple-probingsystemssuchasthosewithastylusforeachoftheirprobes,andsystemswitharticulatingprobing.TheacceptancetestandreverificationtestspecifiedinthispartofISO10360areapplicableonlytothefollowing:—CMMsusinganytypeofcontact-probingsystem;—stylussystemconfigurationsabletobeprequalified(i.e.wheretherepeatabilityofthesystemoperationissufficientsothatastylusqualificationisnotrequiredforeachuse);NOTEInthecaseofprequalifiedconfigurations,asimilartestcouldbedevisedfornon-repeatablechangesofstylussystemconfigurations.—spherical,hemisphericalanddisk-shapedstyli.Thesetestsarenotapplicabletonon-contactprobingsystems,whichrequirespecialtestingproceduresoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO10360.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisapplicabletouraniummetal,uraniumoxidesandcompoundssolubleinnitricorsulfuricacid,anduraniumsolutionswhichcanbeconvertedtouraniumoxide(U3O8)inamufflefurnace.ItmaybeusedtodeterminetheimpuritiesinuraniumcompoundsaslistedinSpecificationsC753,C776,C788,andC967.1.1ThistestmethoddescribesthestepsnecessaryforthepreparationanddeterminationofimpuritymetalsinuraniummetalanduraniumcompoundsbyDCarcemissionspectroscopy.1.2Themethodisvalidforthosematerialsthatcanbedissolvedinacidand/orconvertedtoanoxideinamufflefurnace(seePracticeC1347).1.3Thismethodusesthecarrierdistillationtechniquetoselectivelycarrytheimpuritiesintothearc,leavingtheuraniumoxideintheelectrode.Ifitisnecessarytodeterminethecarriermetal(usuallyasilverorstrontium,orgalliumcompound)asanimpurity,anothertechniquemustbechosenforthatelement.1.4Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operationsandequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
